Beyond Success – Leadership, Purpose & Faith

Beyond Success is a seven-session leadership journey developed by John C. Maxwell and EQUIP Leadership. It helps people grow in practical leadership while exploring purpose, values, faith and how to make a positive difference in their spheres of influence.

The program is designed for small groups and uses facilitated roundtable conversations rather than traditional classroom teaching. Participants discuss practical principles related to attitude, personal growth, priorities, relationships, good actions and significance, and consider how these principles can be applied in everyday life.

Leadership & Evangelism

Beyond Success has an evangelistic focus. It creates a relational and natural environment where leadership development opens opportunities for deeper conversations about faith, Jesus Christ and personal purpose.

It is especially suited for workplaces, businesses and other areas of society.

Become a Facilitator

The model is designed for multiplication. People interested in leading Beyond Success can contact the program to learn about the process of being trained and equipped as a facilitator.

Trained facilitators can then start and lead Beyond Success groups in their local context.
