Zúme Training – Multiplying Disciples & Simple Churches

Zúme Training is a free online disciple-making training designed to equip ordinary followers of Jesus to make multiplying disciples and start simple churches.

The training is practical, biblical and highly reproducible. Participants learn not only through videos and discussion but through exercises, real-life application and challenges between sessions. The goal is to develop a lifestyle of obeying Jesus, sharing the Gospel, making disciples and training others to do the same.

Disciple-Making Tools & Skills

Zúme covers 32 disciple-making concepts and skills, including prayer, sharing your testimony, sharing the Gospel, engaging people who are seeking God, 3/3 Groups, simple churches, leadership development, coaching, multiplication and generational mapping.

The 3/3 Group Process

A central tool is the 3/3 Group process:

• Look Back – review, care for one another and celebrate obedience.
• Look Up – learn from Scripture and discover what God is teaching.
• Look Forward – identify practical steps of obedience, practice what was learned and plan how to share and train others.

Training Formats

The complete training takes approximately 20 hours and can be completed in different formats:

• 10 sessions – 2 hours each, often over 10 weeks
• 20 sessions – a slower format with additional practice
• Intensive – 5 half-day sessions of approximately 4 hours each

Start a Training Group

Zúme is designed primarily for small groups of 3–12 people. No previous training or special permission is required to facilitate a group. Anyone can gather a few people and start the training.

Participants can also join an online training group led by an experienced Zúme coach or request a free coach to help them apply the training.
